Research Team

Trisha N. Vanderploeg, DNP, MSN, APRN, CPNP-PC, is a clinical research and healthcare leader with nearly three decades of experience spanning pediatric endocrinology, translational science, and clinical trial operations.

She has led and supported multi-site clinical trials, site start-up, feasibility, and data-driven recruitment initiatives while maintaining active practice as a pediatric endocrinology nurse practitioner. Her work bridges academic, industry, and community-based research with a focus on improving trial performance and patient-centered outcomes.

Julia Warren‑Ulanch, M.D., is a board‑certified adult and pediatric endocrinologist who has been practicing endocrinology since 2006.

In 2013, she took leadership of Creedmoor Centre Endocrinology, where there is a collaborative, patient‑centered practice providing comprehensive care to adults and children with endocrine disorders.

Dr. Warren‑Ulanch brings clinical research experience to her practice, supported by formal training in clinical research and a research fellowship at a leading children’s hospital.

Recent participation as an investigator with an NIH-sponsored study reflects her dedication to advancing evidence‑based care and thoughtfully integrating clinical research into community practice.
